As the creative lead on this project, I developed the brand's identity, messaging architecture, and positioning strategy, ensuring a consistent and professional tone across all touchpoints that speaks directly to beauty and wellness business owners.
I contributed to shaping the brand's core communication pillars — from direct sourcing and global portfolio messaging to growth-focused solutions — translating complex logistics and distribution concepts into clear, compelling, and client-facing language.
Additionally, I worked on defining the brand voice and value proposition, crafting messaging that builds trust with professionals by emphasizing authenticity, reliability, and operational ease across skincare, haircare, oral care, derma, and beauty categories.
